We are pleased to announce that the concept of Physical Crypto will be presented at OMEACONF 2026, a leading international conference gathering academics, researchers, and industry professionals in the fields of economics, finance, and management.
The event will take place from April 24–26, 2026 in Madrid, bringing together global experts to discuss emerging trends and innovative approaches in economic systems and financial technologies.
Our contribution will focus on the idea of a cryptocurrency based on unique natural properties of materials, where physical objects—such as stone, wood, or other naturally occurring substances—serve as non-replicable carriers of value. By leveraging their intrinsic patterns as natural fingerprints, these assets can be digitized, hashed, and anchored to blockchain systems.
This approach introduces a new paradigm in which:
- Counterfeiting becomes practically impossible
- Energy-intensive mining is eliminated
- Trust is rooted in physical reality, not abstraction
Participation in OMEACONF 2026 represents another important step in presenting the Physical Crypto and BRICS-oriented monetary concepts to the global academic and financial community.
Further details regarding the presentation schedule and session format will be shared soon.
